Harrahs Casino/After 5 Express acts as an agent arranging with transportation, hotel (when applicable) and other accommodations to make your tours more comfortable and cannot be held responsible for non-performance on the part of hotels or other’s providing services for the tour. Harrahs Casino/After 5 Express has reserved the right to alter an itinerary if it becomes necessary. The right is reserved to cancel any tour or refund of payment made if bookings are inadequate. Liability cannot be claimed for delays caused by an act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantines, riots, strikes, equipment breakdowns, road or weather conditions, traffic delays, or any conditions beyond human control. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any loss, damage, or additional expenses due to any or all of the above. All such loss or expense must be borne by the passenger. Rates are subject to change with packages due to increased hotel costs (if applicable) or escalating fuel costs. On casino tours, bonuses and/or any incentives are courtesy of the casinos and are subject to change without notice.

Harrahs Casino Express customers are allowed to board if they have not made a reservation as long as there are enough seats available to do so, those will be cash only transactions. There is no assigned seating on the Casino Express. When requesting accessible travel, contact After 5 Express office at 888-625-5955 at least 48 hours in advance of your transportation date.

***Please be at each stop 15 minutes early. If all are there except one person we will
not wait. If you are not there when bus pulls up we will assume you are not going, you are welcome to
catch us at next stop and get on there but we will NOT wait for you if you miss your ride you forfeit your ride for that days seat.

Are reservations required?
Harrahs Casino Express requests that all passengers begin making reservations for the Casino Express by calling the office at 888-625-5955. At this time, Harrah Casino Express is accepting walk-on customers IF seating is available for that day, payment for walk ons is cash only. WE do reserve the right to cancel the Casino Express for lack of reservations. Therefore, the more that begin making reservations,

the more efficient and reliable the Casino Express will be.

Can I stay Overnight and come back the next day with the same ticket?
Tickets are valid for same day only. If you would like to stay at Harrah's Cherokee Casino and return home a different day,

you may do so but must find your own way home. There is no one-way fare.

**Our advise is that you check to see if Harrah's even has availability before you make that decision.

What are the age requirements?
You may ride the casino express regardless of your age. However, in order to receive a Reel Rewards

Voucher from Harrah's Cherokee Casino, you must be 21 years of age.

The legal age to gamble is 21.

Can I leave my belongings on the coach?
Yes, you may leave your belongings on the coach. However, if you do so, you will not have access to these items until you re-board to return home at the designated time. The coach parks offsite and will not be available to you.

Tipping?
We do accept tips and they are greatly appreciated. Our goal is to go above and beyond what you expect as a customer.

Tipping reflects what a great job we are doing for you.

According to www.Tipping.org the etiquette is a minium of $10 up to 15% to 20% of tour cost.

Travel Insurance

In addition to the normal required insurance that, as a bus tour operator we must carry, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

As stated above Harrah's Casino Express reserves the right to cancel any trip/tour prior to departure.

Should a cancellation happen, We will make every effort to protect you on another departure date.

If an alternate cannot be found, a full credit will be applied.

Should you decide to change a reservation after you have already paid a minimum administrative fee of $25 per person may be charged.

A change will include changing of names or a change of tour date.

No refunds for "no shows".
